“23rd TURKSOY Painters Gathering” took place in Shusha

With support from Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), “23^rd TURKSOY Painters Gathering” took place in Shusha of Azerbaijan.

“23^rd TURKSOY Painters Gathering” took place in Shusha, one of the archaic cradles of civilization in Azerbaijan and the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World 2023.

Many artists from the sister countries Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Türkiye were present at the event that took place between 10^th of September – 20^th of September 2023.

During the event, the aim of which was to develop the art of painting in the Turkic World, the cultural richness of the host city, Shusha, was promoted by enabling artists from different generations to share their experiences.

Artists who put the cultural richness of Shusha on the canvas through their own perspectives and emotions reflected the uniqueness of their brush, leaving their mark on the universe.

Also, the artworks Turkish artists produced during the 23^rd TURKSOY Painters Gathering will be presented to the art lovers on a new exhibition that will take place in Shusha between 13^th – 14^th of October within the scope of TURKSOY Permanent Council.
