"Welcome Newborn" and "Neonatal Resuscitation Trainings" organized by TİKA

The training seminars offered as part of the "Welcome Newborn" and "Neonatal Resuscitation Trainings" organized by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) have come to an end.

The trainings were held to build onto the knowledge of personnel employed in the neonatal units of the public hospitals located in the 9 provinces affiliated with Afghanistan's Mazari Sharif Office and to increase the quality of service provided to newborns.

During the seminars, which were jointly organized by TİKA and the Alliance of International Doctors (AID), both theoretical and practical trainings were carried out. Seventy health professionals, consisting of doctors, midwives, and nurses employed in the neonatal units of the region's hospitals, completed the trainings and received certificates during an award ceremony.
