The four-day training program hosted a total of 35 chefs and 110 service personnel. Participants received instruction in both traditional and modern kitchen techniques, as well as professional service practices. The training also covered a range of theoretical and practical topics, including hygiene standards, kitchen organization, food presentation techniques, and service skills.

Conducted under the guidance of master chefs from Türkiye, the training aimed to enhance the professional skills of the participants and contribute directly to improving service quality in the tourism sector. Through this program, TİKA seeks to support the professionalization of Tajikistan’s culinary sector, raise service standards, and help develop a qualified workforce in the field of gastronomy.
