TİKA Provides Food Aid to 500 Families in Nepal

As part of its Ramadan programs in Nepal, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) distributed food aid to 500 families in need across various regions of the country.

According to United Nations data, Nepal is among the world’s poorest countries. In response to the challenges, TİKA delivered food parcels to 500 households in seven different regions.

Each parcel was carefully prepared to meet the basic nutritional needs of families during Ramadan. TİKA’s Ramadan assistance was warmly received by the families.

In addition to supporting families in need across Nepal, special attention was given to Rohingya refugees in Kathmandu, ensuring that vulnerable groups were not forgotten.
