TİKA Provided 3D Design and Printing Training in Montenegro
The 100-hour “Basic 3D Design and Printing Training” organized by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) and Podgorica Municipality in Montenegro, has been completed.
A total of 12 people, including design students, an employers’ association, and officials of the municipality of Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, who attended the Basic 3D Design and Printing Training, held with the support of TİKA, have successfully completed the 100-hour training in 12 days.
In his speech at the certificate presentation ceremony held at the end of the training, Džemal Lekić, Director of the Information System Center of the City of Podgorica, thanked TİKA for the training. Pointing out that the use of 3D technology has increased in many sectors, Lekić stated that they wanted to continue to collaborate with TİKA in similar training activities.
Abdurrahman S. Toprak, TİKA’s Podgorica Coordinator, stressed that TİKA has implemented more than 400 projects in Montenegro since 2007 and attached great importance to projects in the fields of vocational and technical training and capacity building. Toprak congratulated the successful participants of the two-week training and stated that they were ready to share Turkey’s knowledge, skills, and capacity in every field. Toprak added that the advanced training, which is the next step of the training held, can also be held upon request.
