TİKA, which began its activities in Montenegro in 2007 following the country’s independence, has implemented numerous projects aimed primarily at addressing fundamental infrastructure challenges. In collaboration with the Montenegrin authorities, priority has been given to areas such as education, health, agriculture, social infrastructure, capacity-building programs and the protection of cultural heritage through restoration efforts.
