North Macedonia – Skopje Program Coordination Office
TİKA, which began its comprehensive activities in North Macedonia following the cooperation protocol signed between the governments of Türkiye and North Macedonia in 2005, implements a wide range of projects. These span from education and health to agriculture, animal husbandry, promoting mobile development, strengthening administrative and civil infrastructures and enhancing institutional capacity, as well as fostering social and cultural cooperation.
Since TİKA started its operations in North Macedonia, over a thousand projects and activities have been carried out, contributing to the further strengthening of relations between the two countries.
