Pakistan – Karaçi Liaison Office
TİKA began its activities in Pakistan in 2010, following the devastating floods to swiftly organize aid efforts. The agency implements projects in various areas, including enhancing service capacities in education and health, agriculture and animal husbandry, water and sanitation, sustainable energy and cultural cooperation, as well as supporting social and administrative infrastructures.
In 2017, TİKA opened its second office in Karachi, Pakistan’s most populous city. Since then, it has been actively carrying out projects aimed at increasing capacities in the education and health sectors, providing access to clean water for local communities, delivering emergency and humanitarian aid and strengthening administrative and institutional infrastructures.
